Nice views of the falls. Very simple. Nothing to keep you here more than a few minutes.
Amazing view. I got married here. Watched the 2017 solar eclipse from the bottom of the hill, at the river bank near the power plant's discharge pipe.
Very nicely landscaped. Beautiful walkways and directional design. Views were great and nice to review the history as well. Liked the foot bridge too.
Great place to go and view the falls. These are natural falls and the canal goes around it. There is a very nice stairway that takes you closer to view the falls. The one thing missing here is an awning. Not a place where you can sit in the shade quietly and have lunch or just meditate. Parking is very adequate and the view is splendid. The signs are also well posted and informative.
I am so happy that the city of Cohoes fixed this place up. It is now a safe and handicapped accessible for everyone. The view will take your breath away. You can also see the Hydro-electric plant and the Mohawk River.
